No question is too silly. No worry is too small. We want you to book with complete confidence.

What if I genuinely can't sing?

Then you are exactly who Brava & Co. was made for. Over 90% of people can sing in tune. They've just been told they can't. Our facilitators work with every voice and every level of confidence. Nobody has ever left wishing they hadn't come.

Can we choose our own song?

Absolutely. After you book, we'll ask for your chosen song. We have experience teaching a huge range: pop anthems, ballads, classics, all of it. If you're unsure, we'll suggest options based on your occasion and group.

What if someone in our group won't join in?

No pressure, ever. Some women start on the sofa and end up at the microphone by the end. Our facilitators handle it with warmth and zero judgment. The energy of the room usually does the rest.

What about drinks? Do you provide them?

You're welcome to bring your own drinks. A digital drinks guide is sent to you on booking confirmation, with everything you need to style the evening beautifully. Prefer a sober celebration? Our elderflower and non-alcoholic option is available as an optional add-on. The magic works either way.

How does payment work?

We take a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before your event. All payments are processed securely. If you need to reschedule, we'll always do our best to find an alternative date.

What is the personalised lyric sheet?

A beautifully printed card with your chosen song's lyrics, personalised with the guest of honour's name and your occasion at the top. It's your guide through the session and a keepsake to take home afterwards.

When and how do we receive our footage?

Your moment is filmed during the session. Real, unfiltered, joyful. We deliver it to every guest within 48 hours, ready to share wherever you like. It's your memory, beautifully kept.

Do you travel outside the Cotswolds and Warwickshire?

Yes, travel outside our core zone is quoted on enquiry based on your location. For destination bookings in the UK or abroad, reach out directly at hello@bravaandco.co.uk and we'll make it happen.

Terms & Conditions

1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern all bookings made with Brava & Co. Ltd ("Brava & Co.", "we", "us"). By paying your deposit and confirming your booking, the lead booker ("you") agrees to these terms on behalf of yourself and all guests attending the session.

Please read these carefully before booking. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@bravaandco.co.uk before proceeding.


2. Bookings & Deposits

2.1 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of your 50% deposit. Until the deposit is received, your date is not held and remains available to other clients.

2.2 The deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including change of plans, personal circumstances or change of occasion.

2.3 By paying your deposit, you authorise Brava & Co. to automatically charge the remaining balance of your booking to the same payment method on the due date, which is one calendar month before your session. No further action is required from you. You will receive a reminder in advance of this charge.

2.4 If the automatic charge is unsuccessful due to insufficient funds, an expired card or any other reason, you will be notified immediately. The balance must be settled within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this period, Brava & Co. reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit will not be returned.

2.5 It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain valid and that sufficient funds are available on the balance due date.

2.6 All prices are as stated at the time of booking. Brava & Co. reserves the right to update pricing for future bookings. Any price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.


3. Rescheduling & Cancellation by the Client

3.1 You may request to reschedule your session once, subject to the following conditions:

3.2 All reschedule requests must be made in writing to hello@bravaandco.co.uk. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and must take place within 12 months of the original booking date.

3.3 If you cancel your booking for any reason, the deposit is forfeited. If the full balance has already been charged and the cancellation is made less than one month before the session date, no refund will be given.

3.4 Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@bravaandco.co.uk. Cancellations made verbally or via social media will not be accepted as formal notice.


4. Cancellation or Changes by Brava & Co.

4.1 In the unlikely event that Brava & Co. needs to cancel your session due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, emergency or force majeure, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund of all monies paid, or a rescheduled date at a 10% discount as a gesture of goodwill.

4.2 Brava & Co. reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the session format, facilitator or running order where necessary, without this constituting a cancellation.

4.3 Brava & Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at any stage if a safeguarding concern is raised regarding the safety of our facilitator or team. In such circumstances a full refund of all monies paid will be given.


5. Age & Guest Requirements

5.1 Brava & Co. sessions are open to guests aged 18 and over. We do not accept bookings for groups that include guests under the age of 18.

5.2 The lead booker is responsible for ensuring all guests meet this requirement before the session takes place.

5.3 Guest numbers must fall within the range of the booked package. Any significant change in guest numbers must be communicated to us at least 14 days in advance, as this may affect the session format or pricing.

5.4 Brava & Co. reserves the right to decline additional guests on the day if numbers exceed the agreed package without prior notice.

5.5 Guest numbers are fixed at the time of booking. Additional guests may not be added on the day of the session under any circumstances. If you anticipate your numbers may change, please contact us in advance so we can discuss your options.


6. Drinks & Allergen Information

6.1 Brava & Co. does not supply alcohol as part of any session.

6.2 Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks. Brava & Co. accepts no liability for any injury, illness, loss or damage arising from the consumption of alcohol or any other beverage brought by guests.

6.3 An optional non-alcoholic drink is available as an add-on to any session. Full ingredient and allergen information for the specific product will be provided on booking confirmation. It is the responsibility of the lead booker to check this information against the dietary requirements and allergies of all attending guests before opting in to this add-on.

6.4 Brava & Co. accepts no liability for any allergic reaction, intolerance or adverse response to the elderflower drink or any other consumable brought to or served at the session. Guests consume all food and drink at their own risk.

6.5 Brava & Co. facilitators reserve the right to use their judgement regarding the impact of alcohol consumption on the safe and enjoyable running of the session. No refund will be given where the facilitator adapts or curtails the session as a result.

6.6 The lead booker accepts responsibility for the responsible behaviour of all guests in relation to alcohol consumption. Brava & Co. accepts no responsibility for the conduct of guests before or after the session.


7. Venue & Hosting Responsibilities

7.1 The lead booker is responsible for ensuring the space is suitable, safe and accessible for the session. Brava & Co. will advise on space requirements upon booking confirmation.

7.2 The lead booker is responsible for ensuring the venue is available for the agreed session time, including setup (typically 45 to 60 minutes before the session) and pack-down (typically 30 minutes after).

7.3 Brava & Co. will treat the host venue with care and respect at all times and leave the space as found, removing all equipment and materials before departing.

7.4 In the event that Brava & Co. equipment or team members cause damage to the host venue during normal setup or operation, we will acknowledge this promptly and address it in good faith.

7.5 Brava & Co. accepts no liability for pre-existing damage to the venue, or for damage caused by guests during the session.

7.6 The lead booker is responsible for ensuring the venue is compliant with any relevant fire safety, access or health and safety requirements prior to the session.

7.7 Brava & Co. will not bring more team members or equipment to the venue than has been agreed at the time of booking.


8. Brava Equipment

8.1 All Brava & Co. equipment, including microphones, stands, uplighting, arch backdrops, ring lights and speakers, is the property of Brava & Co. Ltd and is brought to sessions for professional use by our team.

8.2 Brava equipment is set up, operated and packed down exclusively by Brava & Co. team members. Guests and hosts must not handle, move, adjust or interfere with any Brava equipment at any time, unless expressly invited to do so by the facilitator.

8.3 In the event that Brava equipment is damaged during a session as a result of misuse, interference or negligence by a guest or the host, the lead booker will be held financially responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement. Damage costs will be invoiced within 14 days of the session date, payable within 14 days of invoice.

8.4 Brava & Co. accepts no liability for damage to guest or host property caused by equipment that has been handled correctly by our team members.

8.5 In the event of equipment failure on the day, we will make every reasonable effort to continue the session. Where this is not possible, we will discuss an appropriate remedy with the lead booker.


9. Facilitator Safety & Dignity

9.1 Brava & Co. facilitators are professionals working alone in private settings. The lead booker accepts responsibility for ensuring the facilitator is able to arrive at, work in and leave the venue safely and without incident.

9.2 The facilitator must be given clear access to the venue at the agreed setup time, a safe and appropriate working space, and unobstructed access to leave at the close of the session.

9.3 Any behaviour directed toward a facilitator that is threatening, intimidating, sexually inappropriate, physically aggressive or constitutes harassment of any kind will result in the immediate termination of the session. No refund will be given.

9.4 The lead booker is responsible for ensuring that no guest engages in such conduct toward the facilitator or any Brava team member.

9.5 If a facilitator feels unsafe at any point, they have the right to leave the venue immediately. No refund will be given in circumstances where safety concerns necessitate early departure.

9.6 Brava & Co. operates an internal check-in protocol for all facilitators working at private venues as a non-negotiable part of our duty of care to our team.


10. Conduct & Safeguarding

10.1 Brava & Co. is a safe, inclusive and respectful space. We are committed to the dignity and wellbeing of every woman in the room, including our facilitators and team members.

10.2 We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave, or to end the session entirely, in the event of behaviour that is disruptive, aggressive, discriminatory, or that constitutes harassment of any kind toward another guest, the Brava facilitator or any member of the Brava team.

10.3 This includes but is not limited to: verbal abuse, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, discriminatory language or behaviour on the basis of race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic.

10.4 In the event a session is ended under this clause, no refund will be given, whether in full or in part.

10.5 The safety and dignity of every woman in the room is non-negotiable. This is not a policy. It is a founding principle of Brava & Co.


11. Sharing & Online Conduct

11.1 We love seeing guests share their Brava experience. Please tag us, post your photos, leave honest reviews and spread the word — it genuinely means the world to us and to the women who might need to find us.

11.2 The lead booker and all attending guests agree not to publish or share content that is knowingly false, fabricated or maliciously misleading about Brava & Co., its team or its facilitators. Honest feedback, positive or negative, is always welcome at hello@bravaandco.co.uk.

11.3 In the event that false or fabricated content causes demonstrable damage to Brava & Co.'s reputation, we reserve the right to request its removal and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

11.4 Guests must not share footage or recordings of other guests without their consent. Please be mindful that not everyone at your session may have consented to being filmed or shared publicly.


12. Filming, Photography & Marketing Consent

12.1 Filming and photography takes place during all Brava & Co. sessions as standard. By completing a booking, the lead booker acknowledges that filming will occur and accepts responsibility for informing all attending guests of this in advance.

12.2 On the day of the session, our facilitator will check with every guest individually before filming begins. Any guest who does not wish to be filmed will be respected without question.

12.3 All footage, photographs and recordings captured by Brava & Co. during a session are and remain the property of Brava & Co. Ltd.

12.4 By attending a Brava & Co. session and not opting out under clause 12.2, guests grant Brava & Co. a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use their likeness, image and voice in footage for marketing, promotional and social media purposes.

12.5 Guests who opt out on the day will not be featured in any Brava & Co. marketing material. Opt-outs are noted by the facilitator and honoured from that point forward.

12.6 Brava & Co. will never sell footage or images to third parties.

12.7 The lead booker grants Brava & Co. permission to share the session recording with all guests who attended, via secure digital delivery within 48 hours of the session.


13. Liability

13.1 Brava & Co. carries public liability insurance. Details are available on request.

13.2 Brava & Co. accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss or damage suffered by guests during a session, except where directly caused by the proven negligence of Brava & Co. or its team members.

13.3 Brava & Co. accepts no liability for any loss, disappointment or distress arising from factors outside our reasonable control.

13.4 Brava & Co.'s total liability to the client in respect of any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that booking.

13.5 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.


14. Privacy

Personal information provided at the time of booking is held and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, available on this website. We will never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.


15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from a Brava & Co. booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. What Information We Collect

When you make a booking: Your name, email address, phone number, payment information processed securely through Stripe, session details including date, location, package, occasion and chosen song.

When you interact with us: Emails and messages you send to us, and information provided via our website enquiry forms.

During your session: Footage, photographs and recordings where you have not opted out under our filming consent process, and session notes made by our facilitator.

Automatically when you visit our website: Basic anonymised analytics data used only to improve our website.


3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to confirm and manage your booking, process payments and send receipts, communicate with you before, during and after your session, deliver your session recording within 48 hours, send important booking information and reminders, use footage for marketing purposes where consent has been given, comply with our legal obligations, and improve our services.

We will only contact you for marketing purposes if you have given us explicit permission. You can withdraw this at any time by emailing hello@bravaandco.co.uk.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information only where necessary: with our facilitators and team members to deliver your session, with Stripe for payment processing, and with legal authorities where required by law. We will never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.


6. Footage & Recordings

Where you have not opted out of filming, footage may be used for Brava & Co. marketing purposes as described in our Terms & Conditions. Session recordings are shared with attending guests via secure digital delivery within 48 hours. We do not sell footage or images to any third party.

If you wish to withdraw consent for use of footage in which you appear, please contact hello@bravaandco.co.uk. We will remove your image from any future use. Please note footage already published cannot always be recalled from third-party platforms.


7. How Long We Keep Your Data

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@bravaandco.co.uk. We will respond within one calendar month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.
